Product development and manufacturing

BSP's One-Stop Product Development and Manufacturing Service Department is committed to providing comprehensive services to global buyers, spanning from product development to production. We strictly adhere to buyers' confidentiality agreements, ensuring the utmost security of information.

Mr. ZHANG, as the core leader of product development, oversees the entire process from initial planning to final production of buyer products. In the early stages, he meticulously reviews the buyer's product plans and design proposals, spearheads the initial definition of product appearance and functionality, and accurately assesses development timelines and costs, offering forward-thinking insights and strategies. Leveraging his professional analytical skills and efficient communication abilities, Mr. ZHANG collaborates closely with buyers to reach a consensus on joint development, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to reality. His leadership guarantees the smooth progression of the entire product lifecycle, ultimately delivering high-quality products that meet and exceed expectations.

BSP optimizes product design by having the appearance design engineers reassess the aesthetics of the buyer's product and collaborate with structural engineers to refine the internal structure. If the product involves functional structural design, the structural engineers will work alongside electronic engineers to select and procure the appropriate hardware components and electronic elements based on the product's functional requirements. Throughout this process, the team continuously improves both the external appearance and internal architecture of the product, ensuring a seamless integration of design and manufacturing, thereby creating a product with higher cost performance.

BSP engineers create prototypes using 3D printing, assembling them with the purchased hardware components and electronic elements to thoroughly evaluate the rationality of the product design. Ultimately, the final product design is determined based on the buyer's trial and testing of the prototype.BSP provides the client with a quotation based on the finalized product design scheme and obtains the buyer's approval as well as official authorization for production.

BSP initiates the development of mold design and electronic control board based on the customer-approved design scheme. The mold design engineer selects the appropriate type of mold, such as plastic mold, aluminum alloy die-casting mold, or metal stamping mold, based on the product's structural characteristics and the volume of buyer orders, and determines the quantity of molds to be processed to ensure production efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In the electronic control board design phase, the electronic structure engineer carefully selects the types of components required for the mainboard and skillfully arranges their layout on the board, while drawing precise control circuit diagrams to provide solid technical support for the product's smooth operation. Subsequently, the electronic software engineer, based on the component distribution map and their inter-control relationships provided by the electronic structure engineer, meticulously develops the electronic software to achieve a harmonious integration of product control and motion patterns, ensuring the product's outstanding performance.
