In our fixture and inspection tool design, we strictly adhere to the 3-2-1 positioning principle to restrict the six degrees of freedom of the product (3 planes + 2 edges + 1 point), ensuring positional consistency.

For precise positioning, we utilize locating pins, V-blocks, and profile-matching blocks , while pneumatic cylinders, lever clamps, and quick clamps are employed for secure fastening. Additionally, high-precision dial indicators are integrated to conduct accurate product inspections.

The main structure utilizes aluminum alloy and anti-static engineering plastics , while high-strength steel inserts are applied to rigid contact surfaces . The aluminum alloy undergoes anodizing treatment , and polyurethane coating is applied to anti-scratch surfaces.

Additionally, fixtures and inspection tools must incorporate anti-asymmetry design , with modular positioning features for quick product changeovers, enhancing inspection efficiency and maintenance convenience.

For automotive part inspection tools , adjustable positioning mechanisms are adopted, which are calibrated using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) . Moreover, 3D modeling and simulation analysis are performed on computers to verify the reliability of fixture design .
