During the assembly process, products are assembled step - by - step strictly in accordance with the SOP. Skipping assembly steps is strictly prohibited. After assembly, the finished products need to undergo power - on, gas - passing, and liquid - passing tests. Some products are required to undergo drop tests, and the test data should be recorded in detail. Defective products should be isolated, and the root causes of the defects should be traced. Before product shipment, BSP needs to provide a quality inspection report to the customer's inspectors and assist the customer in obtaining the UL certification for the products.
Based on the size, weight, and usage characteristics of the products, BSP designs the specifications of the packaging boxes and selects the packaging materials by referring to the packaging requirements of the destination country for the products. According to the printing requirements for the box surface provided by the customer, BSP provides packaging box samples and can start production only after obtaining the customer's signed approval. Before the products are shipped, BSP provides transportation plans and transportation costs for the customer's reference and selection, aiming to reduce the transportation costs.
