BSP has extensive expertise in plastic molds, silicone molds, aluminum alloy die-casting molds, bakelite molds, fiberglass molds, and metal stamping molds. They efficiently execute the entire process from product concept to mold design, providing robust professional support and assurance for a wide range of complex mold projects.

In the field of mold manufacturing, BSP is equipped with advanced machinery such as the Quickjet five-axis machining center, MORISEIKI high-speed machining center, SODICK EDM, GF Charmille wire cutting machine, and CROMA 3D coordinate measuring machine. Additionally, the product production workshop is outfitted with Haitian injection molding machines ranging from 80 to 2000 tons, aluminum alloy die-casting machines from 200 to 500 tons, complemented by over 20 CNC parts processing machines, and two fully automatic part powder coating lines, demonstrating the company's strong capabilities in precision manufacturing and automated production.
